Damage
If an artwork is damaged, do not attempt to restore the item yourself. The AXA ART Group have an international network of restorers who can restore all manner of objects – from old masters to plastic chairs.
Do not throw any damaged objects away. Specialist conservators and restorers can perform miracles. An artwork which initially may have been written off can sometimes be saved.
