Enquiries may be made by individuals with a potential claim, their authorised representative, any employer to whom the potential claim relates, insurers who are jointly or severally liable in relation to the potential claim or their insurance intermediary.
The Employers’ Liability Register is updated at least quarterly and was last updated on 5 February 2013.
We have potential liability for policies under which UK commercial lines employers’ liability cover has been provided to employers and which commenced or were renewed before 1st April 2011 and in respect of which no claims were made on or after 1 April 2011. However we are not required to make details of these policies available in this register under FSA rules.
